Accredited Train the Trainer Programme

The BIG Write and VCOP Level 3 – Accredited Train the Trainer Programme is designed for experienced educators, school leaders, and trainers who aspire to become certified trainers of BIG Write and the VCOP methodology.

This programme prepares participants to represent VCOP India as Accredited Trainers, enabling them to deliver professional teacher training programmes and support schools as well English language learning centres in the successful implementation of the program.

Advanced BIG Write and VCOP Knowledge
Deepening understanding of BIG Write methodologies and VCOP (Vocabulary, Connectives, Openers, and Punctuation) to ensure high-quality training and implementation.
Training and Facilitation Skills
Learning how to confidently plan and deliver engaging teacher training sessions, workshops, and professional development programmes based on Big Write and VCOP methodology..
Coaching and Mentoring
Developing strategies to mentor teachers, provide constructive feedback, and support schools and learning centres in improving writing outcomes.
Leadership in Writing Instruction
Building the skills needed to lead writing initiatives, maintain quality standards, and promote effective classroom practices.
School Implementation Support
Understanding how to guide schools in embedding BIG Write and VCOP successfully for long-term impact.

Accreditation and Recognition

Upon successful completion and assessment, participants will receive the VCOP India and Andrell Education Australia certification and become Accredited VCOP Trainers.

As accredited trainers, participants will be authorised to:

✔ Deliver BIG Write and VCOP teacher training programmes on behalf of VCOP India
✔ Support schools in implementing effective writing strategies
✔ Mentor educators and improve classroom writing practices
✔ Promote excellence in writing instruction across educational settings
